By booking an appointment with Hair by Emily, you agree to the following terms to help keep things running smoothly for both of us.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the spot to someone else and helps avoid wasted time. Any changes made within 48 hours will require a new booking fee to secure another appointment. A booking fee is required for all colour services, and this is deducted off your total cost at the end of your appointment. This fee is non-refundable if you cancel late or don’t show up. Now we are all human and things do pop up so any last minute emergencies or issues can be negotiated accordingly with moving your appointment

If you have any concerns about your hair during or after your appointment, please don’t hesitate to speak up. I want you to leave feeling amazing! I offer one complimentary adjustment within 7 days of your original appointment, depending on the issue and my availability.

Lastly, if you have any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions, please let me know when booking. Your safety is always my top priority.
